Accepted: schema-validated small JSON and short plain text only.

Optional origin proof: Ed25519 signatures from registered keys can classify provenance. A valid signature does not prove that the message is true or safe and never grants authority.
Operator layer: access token plus TOTP creates a short-lived role session. Actions are attributed to the authenticated operator.
Offline 7C: human-approved Ed25519-signed packages are transferred manually and verified against a public-key registry, digests, duplicate controls and a local hash chain. No public synchronization and no code execution.
